The Parish community comprises 16 barangays in Tondo District of Manila City with an estimated combined population of one hundred thousand Family, predominantly Catholic. Bounded by the national and city roads R-10, Pritil-Capulong, Velasquez and Vitas.
January of 1970s, when Fr. Bruno Piccolo and Fr. Joseph Vancio, both PIME clergy came to the Philippines and wandered the lump situation of the community. However, they became an inspiration to the residents there as they came to face their missions.

Baghuhubog at nagpapatatag ng ugnayan, moralidad at espiritwalidad ng pamilya na nakikibahagi sa komunidad. Pagpapatatag ng mga programang pang-ekonomiya na tumutugon sa higit na nangangailangan. Nagpapalago ng mga kaalaman at kasanayan ng mga pinuno at kasapi ng parokya. Nagpapalakas at nagpapatatag ng ugnayan ng mga samahan sa loob at labas ng parokya.
Isang sambayanang binubuo ng maliliit na Pamayanng Kristyano, na tumutugon sa tawag ng panahon, sama-samang nananalangin sa gabay ng Banal na Espiritu, sa tulong at halimbawa ni Maria, nang may kababaang-loob, kapatiran, pagbabahaginan, katarungan, kapayapaan, kalusugan at kasaganaan na nagpapalaganap at nagsasabuhay ng Mabuting Balita, turo at aral ng Simbahan tungo sa kaganapan ng Kaharian ng Diyos.
