“Father Douglas, bilang kura paroko, wala kang kailangang ipakita kundi si Hesus.”
Manila Archbishop Cardinal Advincula said this during Mass for the installation of Fr Douglas Badong as the new parish priest of Nuestra Senora dela Soledad Parish in Camba, Manila last October 30, 2022.
In his message delivered before the Mass concluded, Fr. Badong thanked the Cardinal for the trust given to him to fulfill his new mission as the new parish priest of Soledad de Manila Parish in Camba.
Badong.
In response to the call of the Cardinal to always show Christ to the people, he asked the communities in Camba to help him as he fulfilled his mission in the parish for six years.
Badong said.
Fr. Badong was joined by his family, brother priests and friends as well as the sisters of the Missionaries of Charity.
