The Archdiocese of Manila through its social service arm, Caritas Manila together with the other dioceses and archdioceses, parishes, and catholic organizations and institutions continue to extend help to those who are greatly affected by the coronavirus outbreak in the country.
- Fr. Warren Francis Puno of the National Shrine and Parish of Our Lady of Sorrows in Dolores, Quezon volunteered as a driver of an ambulance. He serves as the driver to those people in their area Who are unable to buy their medicines because if the enhance community quarantine.
- The St. Vincent Seminary under the Congregation of the Mission provided food packs to different partner communities in Quezon City and Rizal Province. They also distributed some food items to street people near the Seminary.
- On March 23, 2020, Caritas Manila delivered 1,988 Caritas Manna food bags to San Fernando de Dilao Parish in Paco, Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Manila in Intramuros, Immaculate Conception Parish, and Sta. Monica Parish in Tondo.

- The San Isidro Labrador Parish in Bagong Silangan, Quezon City has set up a “drive-thru” system as a way of distributing food to the most needy while observing "social distancing" amid coronavirus concerns.
- Fr. Anton Pascual, Executive Director of Caritas Manila personally turned over to Fr. Flaviano Villanueva of KALINGA program the 200 boxes of vitamin C, 100 pieces of mats and blankets from Caritas Manila. The donations will be given to the street families from the KALINGA program of the Divine Word Missionaries.
- The OFM Friars of Saint Anthony Shrine Sampaloc through its Mobile Kitchen Ministry has been preparing and distributing foods for the homeless people in Metro Manila that are affected by COVID19.

- The San Isidro Labrador Parish in the Diocese of Novaliches gave food for lunch to 200 Pedicab Drivers that were affected by the Enhance Community Quarantine at Bagong Silangan, Quezon City in cooperation with the Social Action of Parish Based Health Program (PBHP) led by Fr. Gilbert Billena, OCarm.

- Caritas Manila distributed Caritas Manna food bags to the poor families in Baseco which were part of the first batch of distribution of 1,054 relief bags last March 20.
