Archdiocese of Manila Healthcare Ministry holds webinar on health and wellness 

The Archdiocese of Manila Ministry on Healthcare will conduct a webinar Workshop on all Saturdays of August towards the health and wellness of an individual especially during this time of the pandemic.

The webinar titled “Saturday Nights to Remember” will be held via Zoom at 8 in the evening.

Last August 7, 2021, Glenn Aldaba, a certified Fitness Instructor shared his insights on the topic “I Want You to Fit! Fitness is Essential” which further explained how a person can maintain his physical fitness.

On August 14, Eric Dimar, a registered Guidance Counselor will discuss the topic “Emotional Health” while Jun Arive, a registered Psychologist will expound on the topic “Mental Health” on August 21. 

Fr. Alfredo “Bong” Guerrero, Parochial Vicar of the Parish of the Holy Sacrifice at the University of the Philippines-Diliman will tackle on August 28, the spiritual health care of an individual during these trying times caused by the outbreak of coronavirus.

A Eucharistic celebration will be held on the last Saturday of the webinar at 7 p.m., to be presided by Fr. Enrico Adoviso, Parish Priest of Most Holy Trinity Parish and Director of RCAM Social Services Ministry.
