Bishop Pabillo shares experience and insights after recovering from COVID-19

Show love and compassion and not fear to those people who suffered from coronavirus during this time of pandemic.

This was the message of Manila Apostolic Administrator Bishop Broderick S. Pabillo in an interview at Radio Veritas. The Prelate recalled and shared his experience as he underwent quarantine after testing positive for COVID-19.

On July 13, Bishop Pabillo announced to the Clergy of Manila that he was infected by the virus after he was tested positive for COVID-19.

During his quarantine period, he recounted how he took care of himself while he battled with the virus in his body.

The Bishop also shared how he was able to keep himself busy and pre-occupied using social media. According to him, the technology helped him to continue his work as Apostolic Administrator of Manila even though he was under quarantine.

Bishop Pabillo celebrated his first Mass after his quarantine period at Radio Veritas on August 9, at 6 a.m. He offered the Mass as a thanksgiving to the Lord and to the people who prayed for his recovery as well as for those who are sick.
