Stating the interrelated relationship of the three persons of one God, Cardinal Tagle asked the faithful to imitate the Most Holy Trinity. He explained that a person discovers himself when he relates or creates a relationship with other people.

This Year of the Youth, Cardinal Tagle challenged the young people to relate with one another through acts of kindness.

He also added that the appreciation of the beauty and weakness of a person is another way of establishing a relationship with them.

“Mga kabataan you are persons, you are not just individuals. Learn how to relate with one another at ipakita n’yo yan sa inyong malasakit.

“We are persons may kagandahan lahat tayo, meron ding kapintasan.

Apart from the Solemnity of the Most Holy Trinity, the Catholic Church also celebrated the Basic Ecclesial Community (BEC) Sunday. Cardinal Tagle expressed his hope that the young people will discard individualism and be part of the building of small communities

Only genuine personhood that recognizes the other as part of me and I as part of the other, can the world and society be created and recreated dahil ganyan ang kilos ng Banal na Santisima Trinidad,” Cardinal Tagle said.
