In celebration of the Year of the Clergy and Consecrated Persons, a private conference was held immediately after the welcome liturgy.

Before 12 noon, the heart relic of the Italian priest was venerated by the clergy and religious.

At 4:30 p.m., the relic was transferred to the Plaza Mayor inside the university where the celebration of the Holy Eucharist was held and was presided over by Caloocan Bishop Pablo Virgilio David.

Before the final blessing, Bishop David led the Renewal of Vows for priests and religious and a prayer for the sick and for the nation.

Among the bishops who concelebrated in the Mass were: Bishop Emeritus Teodoro Bacani, Jr, DD, Diocese of Novaliches; Bishop Buenaventura Famadico, Diocese of San Pablo, Chairman of CBCP Episcopal Commission on Clergy; Bishop Jacinto Jose, Diocese of Urdaneta;  and Bishop Edgardo Juanich, Apostolic Vicariate of Taytay Palawan.

The Mass was followed by a procession from the UST Plaza Mayor to the parish.
